San Diego Academic Center

The San Diego Academic Center in Rancho Bernardo is home to the nation’s first military social work program affiliated with a research university. The quaint suburban community located 20 miles north of San Diego and just south of Escondido is near potential field placements like Camp Pendleton, the major West Coast base of the United States Marine Corps. The school’s newest location will concentrate on military social work but also offer foundation and concentration courses toward the master of social work degree.
