Directions to the Olive Street entrance:

• From LAX: Take the 105 East to the 110 North and follow the directions below.

• From 110 North: Take the 10 West exit (toward Santa Monica) and take the left fork onto Cherry Street. Make a right onto Pico Boulevard followed by another left onto Olive Street. The building will be on your right, and the parking garage (at 1133 S. Olive St.) will be on your left between 11th and 12th streets.

• From 110 South: Take the Blaine Street exit to Olympic Boulevard. Turn right on Blaine Street followed by a right onto Olympic Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Avenue, left onto 12th Street and left onto Olive Street. The building will be on your right, and the parking garage (at 1133 S. Olive St.) will be on your left between 11th and 12th streets.

• From 10 West: Take the Los Angeles Street exit (#14A) toward the Convention Center and merge onto E. 17th Street. Turn right onto Main Street and then left onto Pico Boulevard. Make a right onto Olive Street. The building will be on your right, and the parking garage (at 1133 S. Olive St.) will be on your left between 11th and 12th streets.

• From 10 East: Take the Grand Avenue exit and take the right fork toward the Convention Center/Grand Avenue/Olive Street and merge onto W. 18th St. Turn left onto Olive Street. The building will be on your right, and the parking garage (at 1133 S. Olive St.) will be on your left between 11th and 12th streets.

• From 5 North: Transition to the 10 West and follow the directions above.

For security purposes, enter at the Olive Street entrance and scan your security badge at the security console when you enter (and leave) the building. This is the only available entrance on Saturdays. Once inside, take the second set of elevators to the 11th floor.  When you exit the elevators, turn left and enter the social work area via the ramp.

Parking
The Olive Street garage (entrance from Olive Street between 11th and 12th streets) is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. The fee is $7 per day PRE PAID ONLY (no in and out privileges). Visitors must purchase validation for Tuesdays and Thursdays in advance before entering. Other parking lots in the vicinity charge $4-$6 per day.

Transportation from University Park Campus
The USC City Center Tram offers service from the USC Parking Center to City Center, with a pick-up beginning at 7:40 a.m. The tram will then pick up students from City Center at 11:15 a.m. and take them back to the School of Social Work. The afternoon tram to City Center offers pick-up service at the School of Social Work at 12:30 p.m. The last tram, which drops off at the USC Parking Center, leaves City Center at 4:15 p.m. You can also take the DASH for 25 cents. DASH Route F (Financial District-Exposition Park/USC) travels from University Park Campus down Figueroa every 10 minutes from 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. DASH Route D (Union Station-South Park) travels from City Center to Union Station every 5 minutes from 5:50 a.m. - 7 p.m.
