| STEVEN ARTIGA, L.C.S.W., teaches the practice class for first-year MSW students. He is a staff social worker and director of student training at the Venice Family Clinic. Artiga has extensive experience as a hospice social worker and has supervised various hospice social workers as they accumulate hours for licensure. He has also worked as a part-time social worker at Homeboy Industries, a gang rehabilitation agency in Boyle Heights. His interests are in mental health, specifically crisis intervention, end of life issues, spirituality and its integration with psychology. |
