| Submit immunization records
USC requires proof of measles (Rubella) and mumps immunity from all incoming students.
| Activate your USC email account
| Submit Field Education form
All students must submit the Field Education form to be placed in an internship. Your admission to the program is not confirmed until this form is received. Failure to submit the Field Education form within five days may result in the withdrawal of your admission.
